Snæfellsnes Iceland Elopement at Lóndrangar Lava Pillars | Iceland Wedding Photographer & Planner

Ayaka & Andrew knew that Snæfellsnes and the Lóndrangar Lava Pillars would be the most epic location for their Iceland Elopement.

These two were incredibly sweet on each other, we had so much fun together during their wedding day, and they were 100% game for ALLLLL the adventure on their day.

I absolutely love these two people.

Some of my favorite parts from their day included:

Walking through a field and sky full of seagulls. There was a flock of about 200 that flew over us as we were adventuring and they were so loud. It was amazing.
When Drew accidentally side swiped one of the giant ragged rocks with the rental car on the way out from a location. OOPS. Thankfully they are the sweetest couple and had a laugh about it. (That’s what insurance is for, right?)
That these two were SO GAME to be as snuggly and close to each other as possible (The cold Iceland winds are really good at encouraging that too haha).
There was a phytoplankton bloom happening which made the waters on the coast line of Snæfellsnes look like bright blue Caribbean waters! (Nerd alert. We were all super stoked!)

After their wedding, these two sent me the most heart warming note about their experience with me on their day (seriously I was at the brink of happy tears you two!)

‘Steph is the BEST. We thought it might be weird to have only a stranger with us for our wedding, but Steph quickly integrates herself into the warmest part of your hearts and wins your affection over within minutes (or really, seconds) of interaction. Not to mention our experience with her meant all we had to think about when it came to our wedding day was our attendance, snuggles, smooches n’ lovin’ on each other.’

YOU GUUUUYSSS… Like I absolutely have the best job on the planet.
